All foreign nationals, including children, require a visa to enter India. Please do not finalise your travel arrangements to India before ascertaining the visa requirements.
Persons wishing to apply for a Visa, should obtain the visa application form and other relevant details directly from the Indian High Commission in their country.
General Business Visa Requirements
The general requirements for visas are: 1. Original passport valid for at least six months 2. Correct visa fee 3. Two Recent passport-size photographs 4. Duly completed application form 5. A letter of Invitation from us 6. A letter of recommendation from your employers
Business Visas are normally granted for three or six months. However, multiple-entry Business Visas for up to two years validity may be granted as well.
Letter of Invitation
All overseas exhibitors will be issued a Letter of Invitation, if required. Please send us the following details for issue of Letter of Invitation: a. Name as per passport b. Passport Number c. Date of Issue d. Date of Expiry e. Date of Birth f. Name of Employing Company g. Designation h. Company Address and contact details
