• Various positions at MetLife in its New York offices (6 yrs). Returned to India, to found a joint venture in partnership with the USA based BPO.
• After growing that healthcare focused BPO, it got acquired by the global BPO giant WNS Global Services. He served on the Board of Directors of WNS Global, owned by British Airways and Warburg Pincus. In 2005, WNS went on with its IPO on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
• In 2006, along with his brother Anil, he founded Credila, India's first dedicated student loan company. DSP Merrill Lynch was the anchor investor. Honors:
• Along with his brother Anil he was selected as Promising Entrepreneurs of India by The Economic Times for their coffee table book edition.
• Served as the Member of the Sub Committee on “Student Financial Aid” of Govt. of India.
