Growing up in a small town, I believed opportunities come through courage, perseverance, and learning. In 2010, I moved to Pune for my Master’s in Sales & Marketing Management and began my career in financial services. Realizing it wasn’t aligned with my aspirations, I returned home, uncertain of the future. In 2012, I joined Total Presentation, where my first independent client meeting brought both an order and confidence. Encouragement from mentors turned a job into passion.

In 2015, I moved to Tech Connect under Mohana Bharat, gaining freedom to explore leadership and customer engagement. By 2018, I founded AV Dynamic, delivering ₹150 crore worth of AV projects across India. Beyond growth, I focus on empowering teams, standardized processes, and service excellence.

A defining chapter came in 2024 at Sadhguru Gurukulam, reshaping my view of leadership and success. Today, I remain a lifelong learner, driven to build people, nurture trust, and create lasting value.
