Dr. A. Shiju Rawther, PhD, Chief Information & Technology Officer (CITO) at CareEdge Group, is a global technology leader with extensive expertise in technology transformation, innovation, business platforms, analytics, and stakeholder value creation. He has held leadership roles in large, multi-billion-dollar organizations and serves on Technology Advisory Boards of leading technology OEMs and financial institutions in India and abroad. A recognized technology thought leader and speaker, Dr. Shiju has been featured among India’s Most Innovative CIOs, Top 100 CIOs, and Top 100 CSOs. He is associated with Cyberdome, a Kerala Police public-private partnership initiative focused on combating cyber threats, and also serves as an Adjunct Professor. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering, a Management degree in IT, a PhD in Computer Science & Engineering, and a PG Diploma in Cyber Laws & Cyber Forensics.
