I am a results-driven technology leader with over 17 years of experience building and leading global infrastructure, digital workplace technology, networks, and unified communications roadmaps. I currently serve as India Head of Digital Workplace Technology, AV, and Real-Time/Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineering at Commonwealth Bank of Australia's India GCC, where I lead a high-performing global engineering team across complex matrix organizations.

Earlier in my career, I held technical leadership roles at Polycom, Avaya, HP, Wipro, Ericsson, and Nokia Siemens Networks, giving me deep, hands-on experience across both the vendor/OEM and enterprise sides of AV, UC, and network infrastructure.
