Founder and Chief Executive Officer, S3K Technologies

Hrishikesh founded S3K Technologies (US) & S3K Technologies (INDIA) in 2024, along with his core team, after two and half decades of distinguished career in the Tech Industry, with Global leaders like Deloitte, Capgemini - Erst & Young, and TATA Consultancy Services, across multiple leadership roles across geographies.

He has built strong capabilities in the last 10 years in GenAI - Al - Data - Cloud & Talent Development.

And successfully incubated 'Five Enterprise Startups', and performed leadership roles as GenAl Product Leader, Global Head of Sales, US Delivery Centre Head, and Head of Cognitive Offerings, with special focus on Al, Data and Digital Transformation.

He has special interest in Talent Development, and has trained over 2500 professionals on Al & Data, ranging from 300+ senior leaders in TCS to 500+ new US university trainee recruits, while setting up the US based Onshore & Mexico based Nearshore delivery centres for TCS's Al/ML and Data Analytics business unit.

He also served on the Rutgers's University Advisory Board for International Students, and is also the chair on Amarjyot Foundation, a non-profit aimed to create employment for the economically unprivileged youth.

In 2019, he authored fifty weekly articles, published in print and digital media as yearly blogseries on digital technologies, in the Indian Express group, focussing on basics of Al & its impact to society, future jobs.

Recently, he has completed the Wharton Global CXO Program, and also has an Executive Certification from MIT Sloan's in Artificial Intelligence and numerous other Tech accreditations. He has an full time MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, a top10 B-School in India and Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He brings empathetic people leadership especially with young talent. Outside of work, plans to run a social media channel in Indian regional languages, for educating non-tech population with Al knowledge, enabling them to embrace Al, to ensure they stay relevant in the Al-race.
