James Berry is the Managing Director of Diversified for the APAC region, with 30 years of commercial and operational experience in delivering outstanding client outcomes in technology and managed services.  

Having held some of the most demanding C-suite roles with global organisations including HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank and Worldpay, James has worked across Asia, Europe and the United States. During this time, James has led large, complex teams of over 2,000 people and delivered major transformation programmes with multi-billion-dollar budgets, consistently focusing on sustainable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.  

James has a passion for people. He loves developing and leading international teams from good to great, and that consistently and sustainably achieve their client and stakeholder commitments, while also delivering on the important corporate social and environmental agendas. To do so requires an excellence in transformation and change management which has been delivered across multiple industries and geographies. James has over 18 years working in Asia and has also spent time in Europe and the USA.     

Outside of work, James loves spending time with family, has a passion for food and cooking, and really enjoys staying in touch with an amazing global network of friendships.
