With a career spanning 30 years in the Pro AV industry, Kaushik is the Managing Director & CEO of AVID, a multiple award-winning Systems Integrator operating across South-East Asia. He has a degree in Physics, specialization in Optics and Electronics and a Post Graduate Honors in Systems Management. Having served over 4 years in the AVIXA Advisory Council in India, Kaushik currently is a Board Member in the Board of Directors of AVIXA and is also in the Board of Directors at AVIXA Foundation. Skilled in Business Transformation, Operations Management, Technical Sales and Systems Design, Kaushik has consistently showcased visionary leadership with unwavering commitment to excellence and has won the APEA 2018 Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Award.
