Marc A. Rémond is the founder of Strategic Pathways and the creator of the Intelligent Workplace operating model. Across twenty-five years in enterprise technology in the Asia-Pacific region, he has held go-to-market and channel leadership roles at Alcatel-Lucent, Polycom, Barco, and Kramer, spanning enterprise voice and data, multimedia contact centre, and conferencing and collaboration. He has lived through four structural industry transitions first-hand, from on-premise infrastructure to cloud and AI-enabled platforms. In each, the same lesson held.
