Pravin Savant, Independent Advisor – Global Board Governance & Technology Advisory, is a strategic technology leader, Group CTO, AI Advisor and global CXO mentor with over 35 years of experience driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, technology governance and innovation. He has led large-scale initiatives across AI/ML, blockchain, digital risk, cloud transformation and ESG-aligned technology, while advising boards, CXOs, startups and industry platforms on responsible innovation and sustainable growth. A strong advocate of AI leadership, he helps organisations move from technology experimentation to responsible, scalable business value. Pravin is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and MIT Sloan, Boston, and holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Post Graduation in Systems and a Master’s in Finance & Systems.
