Siddharth entered the AV/IT systems integration industry formally in 2015, joining EAPL Technologies, his family-run system-integration business, as it began specialising in the Defence and Government IT space. Having built command and control centres and high-fidelity operations rooms for defence and security establishments across India, he has developed an intricate expertise over the technical and operational demands unique to mission-critical environments in the Indian government and defence ecosystem. With the company's growth, he has led its expansion into high-end government conference rooms and collaboration spaces. Today, as General Manager of EAPL Technologies, Siddharth draws on over a decade of direct experience across defence-grade AV/IT systems and Indian government procurement, having shaped much of the company's work in this space from the ground up.
