Soheb Siddiqui is the Executive Director of Collaboration & Communication Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (COLCOM), a Group company of ESCO Pte Ltd, overseeing PAN India operations. An AVIXA CTS-certified professional with multiple industry credentials, he brings a rare blend of technical expertise and relationship management skills to deliver state-of-the-art AV experiences.
Since founding COLCOM’s operations in January 2019, Soheb has built a team of qualified professionals, expanded offices to Mumbai and Bengaluru, and led the company to win prestigious awards from SIIA, Crestron, LG, and others. Recognised as one of InAVate’s 40 Under 40 APAC in 2020, his leadership is defined by diligence, discipline, and a commitment to creating equal growth opportunities for his team.
Previously, he served as Senior System Manager at J Nissi International Pvt. Ltd. (Singapore), heading design, maintenance, and engineering functions across diverse projects. He holds an MBA in Finance from NMIMS, a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Mumbai University, and a Diploma in Software Engineering from ANIIT, Mumbai.
