Steven Shah is Vice President at FORREC, bringing over 30 years of experience in design strategy, global business, and technical delivery. Trained as a landscape architect, he is known for developing strong conceptual frameworks that drive innovative master planning and design outcomes.
As FORREC’s Regional Managing Principal for Asia, Steven has led high-profile projects that integrate entertainment into large-scale commercial and mixed-use destinations. His portfolio includes Noida Film City and Annapurna Film Studios in India, PIK 2 in Jakarta, and Fortune Bay Tourism City in Hengqin, China. These projects reflect his ability to combine storytelling, culture, and entertainment to create destinations that resonate locally while appealing to global audiences. Previously Senior Director of Mixed Use + Entertainment, Steven built and guided multidisciplinary teams that positioned FORREC as a leader in experiential design. Today, he continues to collaborate with clients worldwide to shape destinations that are engaging, memorable, and commercially successful.
