Visitor Registration & Badges
Yes. Admission to InfoComm India 2026 is free for all industry professionals. Fees may apply for certain special events. Full details are available on the registration page.
Register online in advance here. Once you successfully complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. You will need this QR code to collect your printed badge on show day. Pre-registering is strongly recommended to avoid queues at badge collection counters on arrival.
Bring your QR code to any badge collection counter at JWCC from 9:30 AM on your day of attendance. You have two options:

Show the QR code on your phone — counter staff will scan it and print your badge on the spot.

Print the QR code from your confirmation email — present the printout to collect your badge.
Your printed badge is required for entry to exhibition halls at Pavilion Halls 1-3 and Jasmine Halls 1-2 on all show days.
Badge collection hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (16–17 September) and 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (18 September).
Yes. Colleagues are welcome to attend InfoComm India 2026 regardless of their job function. Everyone must register individually to obtain their own badge.

The Invited Guest Program (IGP) is a curated, hosted programme connecting high-value buyers — enterprise decision-makers and senior specifiers from Government, Education, BFSI, Smart Cities, Hospitality, Retail, and Corporate sectors — with exhibitors. IGP participants have confirmed near-term AV/IT project needs and defined budgets.

Getting There, Venue & Practical Tips
The Jio World Convention Centre is located at G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai 400098, Maharashtra, India. InfoComm India 2026 occupies Pavilions 1–3 (Ground Level) and Jasmine Hall 1 (Level 3).
By Train (Recommended):

Mumbai Metro Line 2B (Yellow Line) has a station at BKC, providing direct access from western and central suburbs
By Car or Taxi/Ola/Uber:

Parking is available at JWCC basement levels P1, P2, and P3 (paid parking). Ola and Uber operate widely across Mumbai and are a convenient option from all central locations
From Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM):

Taxi or Ola/Uber: approximately 25–40 minutes to BKC depending on traffic. Estimated fare: ₹350–600
Yes. JWCC provides paid basement parking at Levels P1, P2, and P3. Ola, Uber, and pre-booked taxis are strongly recommended as traffic in BKC can be congested during peak hours, particularly during September.
All foreign nationals entering India must possess a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post prior to arrival. India offers several visa categories including Tourist Visa, Business Visa, and Conference Visa.

Weather: September marks the end of the monsoon season in Mumbai. Temperatures range from 24°C to 30°C (75–86°F), with high humidity and the possibility of short, light rainfall. Pack a compact umbrella or light rain jacket.
Dress code: Business casual is standard at InfoComm India. JWCC is fully air-conditioned — bring a light layer for comfort inside.
Currency: Indian Rupee (INR). Major credit cards are accepted at hotels and large restaurants; cash is preferred at smaller businesses and by many taxi drivers. ATMs are widely available throughout the city.
Tipping: Not mandatory,but always appreciated. In restaurants, leaving loose change or 5–10% of the bill is common practice if service charges are not included.
Language: India has 780+ languages; Hindi, Marathi, and Tamil are among the most common in Mumbai. English is widely understood in BKC, hotels, and business environments — no language barrier for international visitors.
Time Zone: India Standard Time (IST) = UTC+5:30. There is no daylight saving in India.
Electricity: Type D plug (round three-pin), 220V AC 50Hz. International visitors should bring a travel adapter. Adapters and converters may also be borrowed from hotel housekeeping.
Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available at JWCC and most major hotels. Indian SIM cards with data plans are available at the airport and mobile stores throughout the city.
