Bala has had more than 20+ years in senior management roles with globally recognized education & training companies, besides experience in management consultancy, market research and project management. Bala has been drafted into ICT Academy to continue the good work done so far and help move on to the next set of goals. He has been involved in all aspects to build a strategic roadmap for growth and success of ICT Academy. He will be closely working the team and the board to stay focused on the vision with which ICT was setup.

He has worked as Principal & Director at Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, Mangalore. He has the credit of taking Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, Mangalore, India to FOURTH Rank among Top 1,000 Business schools in Global Business School Ranking announced by Elsevier’s SSRN Research network, USA during January 2018. Having four Master degrees in Physics with Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, and E-Business, he got his first Ph.D. degree in Physics from Mangalore University in the area of nonlinear optical materials and second Ph.D. degree in Business Management from Manipal University, Manipal, in the area of mobile banking. He worked as Post Doctorial Research Fellow at “Lasers & Quantum Optics Division, Physical Research Laboratory, Ahmedabad for two years. He has 235 research publications in refereed International Journals in the area of Nonlinear Optics, Photonics, Nanotechnology, Business Management, Higher Education, and Information Technology and published 36 Books & Edited books.

Prof. C S Dubey is a result-oriented leader with over 37 years of experience and demonstrated record of accomplishments in leading and overseeing development towards future of education systems. He has a strong history of devising precise and targeted plans for taking our universities and making them ready to produce future leaders.
As Professor of Earth and Environment Sciences. He had more than 60 research publications mainly in International Journals IF varying up to 7, Cumulative impact factor > 100 and his research is is highly cited along with, 3 edited books and had supervised 15 PhD thesis. He had been conferred the title of Technology Evangelist by CISCO leaders in IT and Networking.
As Academic Administrator, he worked as Director, Campus of Open and Online Learning, Chairman, School of Open Learning (>500,000 students) at Delhi University. As Director, Institute of Lifelong Learning (ILLL) He was responsible for ICT, Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) and was helpful in creating online eSLM, 100s of Video lectures and > 30,000 E-quizzes and preparing Live streaming of lectures for 4th Industrial Revolution innovation and skills.
He was Dean, Science Faculty, Head, and Centre for Advanced Studies, Department of Geology, Chairman and Expert of Various Committees in UGC, DST, MOES, MOEF and MHRD. Delhi University got A+ grade in NAAC accreditation based on his initiative as Chairperson and Coordinator for Mock drills in Departments. He was also chairperson for the first ever LOCF based curriculum in Delhi University and India.
Dr. Dharam Buddhi

Professor Dharam Buddhi, an alumnus of IIT Delhi (Ph D; Energy Systems) and Ex-Professor, School of Energy and Environmental Studies, Devi Ahilya University, Indore and became University full Professor in the year 2000. Dr Buddhi has also worked in industry as Director (Technical), Chief Technical Advisor & Head R & D and also transferred the technology. His areas of Research are Renewable Energy, Energy Conservation, Energy Storage and Green Buildings. He has been International consultant to Asian Development Bank during 2016-2018 for Green Power project in Sri Lanka. Dr Buddhi is Ex-Vice Chancellor, Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur. Presently, Dr Buddhi is Indian Coordinator of Indo-Australia collaboration Project on “Thermal Energy Storage for Food/Grain Drying with CST/RE to Lower Pollution”. He was member of ‘Program Advisory Committee’, on Technology System Development, Department of Science and Technology, GOI. Professor Buddhi had been Visiting Professor at UPC Barcelona Spain, Mie University Japan, Kun Shan University Tainan, Taiwan and Auckland University New Zealand. Dr Buddhi has international academic and industrial exposure of U.K, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Australia and US.

Dr. Vijaya Bhaskar brings in vast academic experience spanning over almost three decades. He has been witness to changing trends in the academics. Before serving Bharat Institute of Higher Education & Research, he has served at institutions like Reva University, Gitam University and Sakthi Mariamman Engineering College. He began his academic career with Bharat Institute of Higher Education & Research, where he now is at the helm of affairs.
He holds Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.), Geotechnical Engineering from Indian Institute of Science.
